Oceanic Companies (Marshalls), Inc. (OCMI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oceanic Companies, Inc. and serves Public Utilities throughout the Pacific.

OCMI specializes in assisting Pacific Island Utility Companies develop and improve their electrical generation and distribution systems, fuel storage and distribution, water supply and treatment facilities, and sanitary treatment plants.

• Project Development and Financing
OCMI assists in securing financing, developing conceptual engineering studies, evaluating project alternatives, and doing environmental studies and project planning to ensure economic and functionally appropriate facilities are designed prior to construction.

•Project Management
On completion of the initial project development phases, OCMI proceeds with project management, supervising the engineering, construction and quality control, including operator training, commissioning and start up.

•Training - Professional and Technical
With the benefit of a fully operational engineering and construction company in Hawaii, OCMI also offers professional education and journeyman training in the technical aspects of Public Utility capital development services, engineering, and construction trades such as masonry, carpentry, welding, and rigging.
