Otherwise called the Back End Project, this project completes the totally new Wahiawa WWTP. After constructing a new headworks facility on another project, this project utilized Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) and UV technology to treat the wastewater before discharging it into Lake Wilson. This WWTP is the County's first MBR installation.
