Construction of the new learning center for the Humpback Whale Marine Sanctuary in Kihei, Maui. The building was constructed on prestressed precast concrete piles with a suspended reinforced concrete slab. The remainder of the superstructure consisted of cold formed metal studded walls with a structural steel and glue-lam framed roof.
