Otherwise called the Front End Project, this project consists of a new headworks facility for Wahiawa WWTP. The new facility consists of the influent pump station, two Huber step screens, grit removal and biofilter odor control system. The abandoned components of the existing plan are repurposed as holding tanks during peak flows.
